We are not your typical adventure racing team. You won’t find experienced marathoners, avid outdoorsmen, or former military specialists. Instead, we are sales engineers and technology experts, public school teachers and administrators, lawyers and social entrepreneurs, actresses and stay-at-home moms.
We’ve had to learn almost every technical discipline required for adventure racing from scratch. That’s added a few hurdles to our journey — but we’ve found this makes for more of an adventure.

Tavar Smith
By day, he’s a sales engineer for a software company, home-schooling and loving his babies.
By night, he takes care of his home and enjoys his family and friends, and likes to unwind.
